River Heights is one of Saskatoon’s most desirable mature neighbourhoods, located in the north-central part of the city along the west bank of the South Saskatchewan River. Developed primarily in the 1960s and 1970s, it is known for its mid-century character, large lots, and extensive “ribbon of green” park system.
