Questions about "FOR SALE BY OWNER" (FSBO) PROGRAM
We can list your property on MLS® for a term of 1 year less a day (364 days) in total. You can cancel a For Sale By Owner listing contract anytime for any reason or no reason, just let us know. You can relist it for a $150.00 fee + taxes within 3 months of expiration or cancellation.
You can not gain access to the MLS® system, so all changes must be done by us.

No, you are not contractually obligated to pay anybody anything further.
Only those listed on the title or those with written authority who are authorized to sign for individuals listed on the title. All individuals listed on title as owners must sign giving authority to sell.
When you have a conditional sale you must let us know so we can inform the real estate board of the change, also when all conditions are removed we will need the information from the sale.
